Default Getting concealed carry in PA when live in NJ

I currently live in NJ and want to apply for a concealed carry in PA. I have a NJ firearms license, hunting license, and a carry concealed license from Florida. What are the chances of getting a concealed carry in PA as I want to hunt, fish, camp and shoot with my friends who are PA residents?

If your "NJ firearms license" allows you to conceal carry a handgun in NJ, then you do qualify for a PA license. That's the only way to get a PA license, as a NJ resident.

You should be able to get a PA LTCF. Some sheriffs illegally refuse to issue to non-residents. This has been discussed a few times, so a search should show a few counties that will issue to non-residents. From what I remember Center County is very friendly to non-residents and will issue on the spot.

A non resident MUST have a conceal carry permit from their home state ( if that state does issue them) to get a PA LTCF.

    a. Is your New Jersey "firearms license" a license to own, or a license to carry?

    b. A New Jersey hunting license means nothing.

    c. A concealed carry license from Florida likewise means nothing.

Neither hunting, fishing nor shooting with friends requires a Pennsylvania License to Carry Firearms.

For hunting and fishing, a Sportsman's License would be required to carry concealed a handgun. For shooting with friends, nothing is required.
