    Default Safariland GLS paddle holster?

Anyone try one? Looks like it is similar to the ALS paddle holsterx but rides closer to the body and has a slightly different retention release. Any input is appreciated.

i use one on my edc XDM. i love it. its more snug to the body than the ALS which i have for my 45 gov. I was a little hesitant about the mechanism to unlock at first as it was harder than the ALS but it broke in over a couple weeks to where it is very easy and smooth to operate. i still like the ALS lever better but the GLS is no problem at all.

Thanks for the information. I just saw it doesn't fit my sig 229r. That sucks, but hopefully they come out with one soon.

Edit: Never mind, it does fit

I like them both. In fact, I like them so much I finally got around to making a comparison video that I'd had in mind for a quite some time:

The paddle GLS lets me conceal an M&P 9c with just a t shirt. Easy on, easy off, secure, and cheap! The GLS only cost me $20 on sale @ Midwayusa.com
