Browning 9mm ........ oldie , need help putting a date to it
It was dads pistol , now its mine...& the numbers
dont seem to help identify the Born on Date..

My HiPower has the SN on the front strap of the grip.
Is that a Waffenamt mark above the safety? The Wxxxx on the slide could be the Wafenamt factory number for FN. Like this . . .

The Nazi proof stamp shows it was built in occupied Belgium. So between 1940 and 1944.
