What time frame was this?

Rummaging through my ammo box, came across a sealed box (those acrylic see thru ones) of 100 CCI 22LR with a $4 sticker still on it. What time frame you think?

I laugh when I see these posts. I have a coworker that swears .22 can only be stored for a few months at most. I remind him all the time that I have .22 and .22 mag from the 1990s.

Last year my Dad found a couple of boxes of Federal Hi power that were probably from the 80's. They all went bang just fine.

Got some CCI mini-mags from K-mart in the early 90s for 99 cents/box of 100. I still have a box or two.

I got ripped off then. I wonder if I can return them. On the age issue, I don’t think I want to look down the barrel of any gun no matter how old the ammo is. Stuff from WW1 still goes bang.
