Bersa BP 9cc Impressions
JMO,got to shoot and handle my friends new Bersa,I like the Bersa 380s and after shooting this 9mm was pretty impressed with it,Slim, good capacity and sights,Very accurate and the trigger was better than I could want,a little over travel but very light on the follow thru ! This is a gun if I see on sale or used I would definitley pick one up,and IWB concealed very well and comfortable ! Anyone else with their own experiences with this model ? Welcome all opinions ! And can hardly wait for the Glock 43 ! JMO/MDT

Re: Bersa BP 9cc Impressions
I fondled one at Zeller's and the trigger pinched my finger if I pulled it naturally. Pull weight and travel seemed very nice but I was disappointed, because it fit my hand so well. It convinced me not to buy another gun without at least holding and dry-firing one. I got away with it once, but I doubt I'll do so again.
Glad you liked it.My goal in Life is to become the kind of problem that people throw money at.

Re: Bersa BP 9cc Impressions
i was really considering making that one my next carry.
but everything i have read/ seen said to be careful carrying with a round chambered with that trigger... i believe the bersa manual literally advises against carrying with a round chambered because the travel/ feel is so slight.
after that i started moving away from the idea of making it a carry, as i tend to be a member of the 'chambered' camp.

Re: Bersa BP 9cc Impressions
if you own a holster, there is no reason NOT to carry the BP9 with a round chambered.
quadruple tap...
hopefully the foliage & FDE frames get released by the end of 2015Last edited by itchinesu; April 13th, 2015 at 08:23 PM.

Re: Bersa BP 9cc Impressions
what do they mean when they say they the travel/feel is so light? Who would want to carry w/o being ready to shoot. My wife and I WERE IN A parking garage elevator when a very large phyco looking dude go on and was stairing at us intently. I think the only thing that saved us was the elevator stopped at the next floor where bunch of people go on.

Re: Bersa BP 9cc Impressions
don't "shoot the messenger"... complain to bersa - it's not me saying not to, it says 'not to' in THEIR operating manual. as the poster above stated, you could carry in a rig that covers the trigger guard - but you better train your draw!
joeyj - my recommendation for you (and it plays well in that scenario) is make your carry a 'hammerless' revolver (and yes i know that they're not really hammer-less, that's why the quotes are there)... with that system, if needed you can fire concealed from inside a jacket pocket etc if you had to; it's the reason i carry an LCR.Last edited by bugout; April 14th, 2015 at 02:04 PM.

Re: Bersa BP 9cc Impressions
Many manufacturers have a warning regarding chambers carry.
Its lawyer bs.
Cover the trigger.
Carry on.
