    Default 302 process and the 14th amendment?

    So I just spent a rather depressing time reading through all of the 302 threads. Having experienced this earlier this year, and now realizing that representatives of the state have declared me a lifetime mental case. I now know something I only believed before the incident, our government is broken and illegitimate.

    For my rights to be stripped away from me for life, without any ability to actually obtain due process, without any recourse, means that the bill of rights is a dead letter and the 14th is meaningless. After all, how can a fundamental right simply be stripped away without any due process whatsoever? Doesn't the 14th amendment say "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; "

    Isn't the current state of the 302 process here in the commonwealth something that deprives me of both my liberty and my property? Since I can no longer legally own the guns the guns I possessed prior to the incident, and now I can no longer own said guns, isn't that in and of itself a violation of the 14th amendment? I've been stripped of property without due process.

    Since I am, according to the state, mentally incompetent and a second class citizen, can i use that as a defense when I simply choose to ignore the laws of this lawless commonwealth? So, yeah, sorry about not paying taxes but you know I'm CRAZY.

    I'm not a lawyer and I didn't stay at a holiday in express last night, but isn't this a 14th amendment violation?


    Here's a brief synopsis of the events for those with a prurient interest in human pain.

    My wife is a gambling addict who has lost thousands and thousands of dollars. We will be divorcing over the issue. She called 911, I went down to calmly explain the situation to the policemen at my front door and before I could even speak I was handcuffed and placed into the back of a police car. Walk out the door into a see of guns pointed at me by the police. I was calm when I walked out, but once I was in the back of the car, I was pissed. I'm still pissed at the pigs. I had taken too many of one of my medicines to sleep because my crazy wife likes to blast music and otherwise torment me. Not a suicide attempt, simply desperation to get a little peace.

    So now, from my perspective, I've been kidnapped by agents of the state at gun point for no valid reason, dragged to a hospital against my will and what? I'm supposed to be meekly submit to this? The police didn't even say anything to me. The situation could have been resolved quietly and there was no need for me to go to the hospital. All i wanted was a few hours of sleep.

    How would you feel about being kidnapped at gun point and held without the ability to leave for days? Again, I was calm when the pigs arrived. Their actions made me angry, very angry, I'm still angry. I hate them from the very pit of my soul, along with the douchebag doctor that signed the form. When I wouldn't stipulate to a longer stay and insisted on the 303 hearing, suddenly I was released.

    The bill for this involuntary stay just came. The total is almost $6k. My bill, after insurance paid is still $2,500. Now, since I was there involuntarily, I'm going to be contacting the insurance company and telling them not to pay and the state or the county can do whatever. i'm not sending anybody any money. However, if I had meekly submitted to this, then I'd be on the hook for the bill, now wouldn't I?

    Kidnapped at gunpoint, stripped of my rights for life and a nice big bill along with it. Yeah, my respect for the authority of pigs, doctors and the state is now nonexistent.

    Oh, hows this for the cherry on the top of a feces filled sundae? I got out of the hospital and found a pizza box from the casino in the trash and the fact that my wife had forged and cashed a check from my account. Gee how convenient that the pigs kidnapped me so that she could feed her addiction.

    I think that you had a host of other issues in your life and "the pigs" and "the state" are a nice scapegoat for failing to look deep at the issues you have failed to address for a good number of years.

    You left out the only part that are relevant to your ability to challenge this - how you were admitted.
