Are these sights interchangeable?

I have a S&W M&P9 and a S&W M&P Shield(also a 9mm). Can I take the night sights from the M&P9 and put them on the shield? Are they interchangeable?

I had both of my M&P pistols out this am and was thinking the same thing. I wasn't gonna swap them but order the same warren tactical sights I have on my FS 9. I'm sure they make them tho.

actually they will. I had a set of these on my shield https://www.trijicon.com/na_en/produ...php?pid=SA137O They are just a hair wide but most people would never notice

Their own site says no?
If they are two wide and hang over the slide that will create potential snagging issue as well as a centering issue unless milled down.

if I still had the gun id take a pic. the sight is just slightly wider then the top flat portion of the slide but it is not wider then the slide itself. no it will not snag. the only reason I did it was at the time the ones made for the shield where unavailable.
