    "Handguns, as well as other legal firearms such as rifles and shotguns, also must be kept unloaded and disassembled, or equipped with trigger locks — unless there is a "reasonably perceived threat of immediate harm" in the home."

    WTF...then what's the point of even having it? Are you going to ask the BG to hold on while you assemble the gun or to hold on while you unlock it? I hope someone challenges these issues...do we need break out into D.C.????

    Here's the line.
    I will agree to all of your asinine regulations when you pay for me and my family to have a round the clock one to one ratio of armed security gaurds who are mandated to take a bullet for me or mine should the situation arise.
    Until then stop with your stupid regulations D.C..
