Can you build an AR? Yeah. You can also build a silencer, sawed off shotgun, and short barreled rifle (require a tax stamp under federal law) or buy a machinegun.

You can also get a license to carry a gun - $20 and 45 days or less! (15 minutes some places.

However, it does take a while to buy a handgun. I've waited up to 5 minutes at the gun shop!

Just make sure to pay attention to the list of banned guns and mag limits. Because there are none!
