Default A driver got pulled over while carrying

A driver got pulled over while carrying in PA, he handed his license, insurance, registration and his carry permit to the officer.

While talking to the officer about the reason he got pulled over another officer saw the gun on his hip inside the car.

The first officer asked the driver why didn't you notify me you have a gun.
The driver said : the first thing I did was handing you my permit to carry with my license, insurance and registration .

They took the pistols off him .

How do you think this situation ended ?

    LOL

    OK I'll play the game-
He jumped out of the car, smeared peanut butter all over himself, then threw handfuls of powdered cocoa in the air to get a nice dusting, and yelled at the cop - "I am the lord of Nutella" ?

    What did I win?

If I am not mistaken in Pa you do not have to inform them at all.

They gave the gun back, after they made sure it was registered in the state registry that is not gun-registration?

IIRC PA is not a duty to inform state

He went directly home to wash the boot prints off the back of his clothes, then headed to the chiropractor for a neck adjustment. In the morning he had to go down to the precinct and explain to the sarg how there is no gun registry, 'even ask Carson' he said. When Carson finally made it in, hung over from a long night of drink booze and hot Jersey women, he straightened the stationhouse out and yelled at the idiots on patrol the night before. The OP got his gun back and no one in the PPD learned a GD thing...
