    Default OC'ed around the neighborhood...

    Took the kids for a walk tonight. I went with one of the parents I work for and her son. We had a wonderful walk. Lots of people were out doing yardwork and walking their dogs etc. I stopped before I came in the house and talked with a neighbor. No one seemed to notice or mind at all. YAY for OC!

    ETA: since we were both walking with strollers we were walking in the street too so it wasn't like we just blended in on the sidewalk...

    most folks don't mind it; they just stare...saw some cable guy turn his head at least 4X the other day when I was taking the trash out.

    For some reason this post reminded me of this:

    I was at Rite Aid today and annoying people were there, so as I waited in line with annoying people I thought "what if I was OCing right now?". Would the annoying people who were too stupid to know where you are suppossed to stand to form a line have suddenly gotten polite and not try and butt in front of me? Would the couple of children about 9-10 yrs old that were being rude and having rude mothers have stopped being rude and moved their rude selfish selves out of the way? Or would they have been as oblivious as they were annoying, and not even noticed?

    This thought was based on reading where some OCers have people thinking they are cops or ? and suddenly everyone is super polite and attentive to them. Some kind of good guy or armed society/ polite society thing, often with joking going on , " better treat him right or he will shoot you hee hee hee".

    Well at least some guy driving in the parking lot area stopped to let me cross the road, didn't need OC to do that one...

    Technically, I OC'ed to and from the range also but I tend to always OC in the car and I didn't make any stops along the way.

    You know coyote, I was asked today at the range if I am a cop.
