Place to Shoot Long Range Near Pittsburgh

I am looking for a range that I can shoot more than 400 yards at, preferably even 600 yards, near Pittsburgh. I would prefer if the range was within 30 minutes of Pitsburgh, but a little longer could be okay.

There is a gun club on Rt 22 between Johnstown and Ebensburg with a 600+ yard range. I don't recall the name, but here it is on google maps: 40.434062, -78.916118

I don't know of any clubs with that range closer to the city.

Greensburg has a 500 yard rifle range. However, as with most private clubs you'll probably have to join to use the range.

You could see if McDonald Sportsmen has any openings. They require work days and meeting attendance or you pay a higher premium. At least that's how it used to work.

I think the max range is about 600 yards.

Good luck getting into McDonald Sportsmanship Club, I've been trying for two years. Maybe you'll have better luck then me.
