Going home from the range then walking to the restaurant would, to me, meet the exception. I don't know how well received by law enforcement that would be, but I think it would be legal.

Bottom line...all of this hair-splitting can be easily avoided with an LTCF. Luckily, PA makes it easy...although who knows moving forward with three years and ten months left in the woof administration.

Here's the thing:

You don't need to *see* how it could be deemed illegal. You just need to be aware that it *can* be deemed illegal and act appropriately.

In other words, pay the $20 and get the damn LTCF.

it doesnt take much to find someone to 're-interpret' the plain writing in the 2nd amendement either. Doesn't mean you arent right.. just means you can still be in a world of hurt.. no matter how clear it is written and 'should' be interpreted.

five guys is in the lawrence park shopping center on sproul road. it's been there a while. expensive, but burgers are very good and fries are the best.

on another note... no problems in delco today. DD in media, realtors office, DD in springfield. even saw a marple cop in springfield, not a word said... as usual. and as it should be i might add.

as an aside... just signed contract to sell my house today.. looks like you guys will see me carrying a brand new M45 soon!

That is if i ever see another OCer in delco.

I did get the M45. Now looking for a holster to carry it. But what i am wondering today is if i will start seeing some OC here now with that islamic terroist attack on the cop in philly. idioit was from yeadon, right down the road. who says it cant happen here?
