Next to state road builders in upper darby, there is a landscaping company. Inside that landscaping company the owner runs a service called labor ready.
I think they start at 12 or so per hour (port to port). If you want one with a drivers license, I think they are about 16 or so per hour. Other than that, the mexicans used to hang out at the home depot in upper darby. haven't seen them there in a while. They used to hang at the wawa in broomall also.
