    Congrats!

I'd give it at least 30 days. ...at least, for all the agencies to expunge the records.

Bear in mind, the FBI really doesn't destroy the record. They just note it as having been pardoned and/or expunged.

So, what was your first purchase? Or, did you just retrieve the firearms you had held for you? Congratulations!

Thanks for posting the end result. A lot of people post their original question then never post again. Your thread can legit help people get information now.

    Congratulations.

One thing I disagree with is waiting.
Wait a couple weeks max (2). Most everything is electronic now, and once the court submits it, it takes no time.
EVEN IF... it does take time, you will most likely be undetermined/denied your first purchase attempt. Knowing that you have a pardon, and an expungement, you can document on your 4473 that you have NOT been Convicted.
On your Challenge form, you can send in your pardon paperwork/expungement paperwork.
IANAL, but I did deal with expungement/challenging PSP. They had it worked out in a few weeks.
IMO, waiting is just more time, and after 7 years, I'm sure you're ready to get to the range!

I know you’re right.. I’m so excited to get back to the range . It has only been 2 weeks since I received my letter . You don’t think i should at least give it a month?
I have been trying to find a decent way to check my background but I’m falling short on the subject.

Contact Phil, ask him about doing a gun purchase precheck.
He posted about it before, but I don't remember where.
You can ask him if you should or shouldn't do it under these circumstances, and what it would cost.
