I renewed earlier this month with just a head/shoulders pic taken by a co-worker with my cell phone.

It looks like they resized it slightly. Renewed online 2/2, permit made 2/3, mailed on 2/4 and received on 2/8. That's service!!

I had the better half take a "passport size" photo with the actual digital camera (10 megapixel). Uploaded that. Had the renewal in maybe 10 days.
