selling long gun to fla. ltcf holder.
I was thinking about selling my rifle to a fla. Ltcf holder, I know him he is a friend so I know he is not a convicted fellow or banned from possessing firearms, (he has several legal pistols) my question is can I sell him my rifle FTF here in pa? Thanks fred.

If the parties reside in different states the gun must go through a FFL.

In fl it is called a concealed weapons or firearm license. If he is a fl resident and you a pa resident FFl must be used.
The reason why I stated what the fl license is called is because when you said LTCF if made me second guess.
