    Thanks for the help Bionicman! Once my new key pad arrived, I was back in my safe in 10min.

    I am having the same problems that you described above. I appreciate any information to aide me in replacing the parts you describe above, as I haven't ordered them yet because I am still compiling information to make the repair, as soon as I can get my safe open.......hopefully!

    BionicMan, found this thread doing some searching about the Winchester safe I bought from TSC. Seems to be having issues registering button pressons on the keypad once in awhile. So probably going to replace the lock. Would love if you could send me the information.

    Also is the LG4200 still the lock I should upgrade too?

    I have the same problem. Except I have not been able to get in.
    I tried Winchester tech support, they won't answer the phone. Now they want us to email them.
    Any advice?
