Where to find body armor test panels?

I saw recently that underwood came out with their 140gr extreme penetator 10mm ammo. Their 155gr was pretty close to cutting through IIIa and this 140gr stuff is suppose to be even better. I was hoping to test it out on a small IIIa panel. I was wondering if you guys know of anyone who sells a small panel for such tests.

Check eBay might be some LE selling some older soft armor. My BIL has given me some old vests once they were decommissioned due to age.

Armor piercing handgun ammo. I'm sure Lehigh Defense is gonna be just as thrilled as the ATF at this.

Hmmm maybe I will keep these results to myself assuming it does cut through
