Default New Member moving to PA

    Hi all,

My name is Tim, and I'm moving back to a free state after a lifetime in New Jersey. I went to Moravian College and am finally moving back to the Lehigh Valley. On March 1st, I'll be moving back, into an apartment in Palmer Township.

I've been shooting for a couple years, pistols, shotguns and a little bit of rifle work. I'm an NRA certified RSO and am working to get my CRSO and Pistol Instructor before I leave NJ.

Just wanted to say hi, I'll be seeing you guys out at Easton Fish and Game and Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays!

Welcome, coming from an anti state I can say with confidence you made the right move.

I drive all the way down south to shoot at Easton Game and Fish myself.

I always liked PA, but really started to LOVE PA once I became a gun owner.

In NJ, buying ammo, you're treated like a criminal. Have to wait for an FFL to show you what's available because it's locked up. In PA, I can look for myself... nothing like a trip to Cabela's to remember what buying ammo is like in a free country.

    Thanks for the welcome guys!

I didn't even know the fun of shooting firearms until I moved here, Pennsylvania gave me an opportunity to try it, unlike NYC.

I am sure that I will run into you sometime at Easton Fish and Game, If you need a local FFL I can help you out with that as well. I am just a couple of minutes from Palmer.
