Another Classifieds Suggestion

It would be nice if sellers or buyers had to list their general location, and it would appear in the title, so viewers could see where the item is located without clicking the link.

example:

[WTS] LNIB Glock 22, State College, PA.

or something similar.

It would just be nice to sort out the majority of items that I have no intention of travelling a great distance to purchase. Users could scan through the ads a whole lot quicker.

I made this suggestion, but only for ammo since nobody but nobody is going to be willing to ship ammo.

Most of us will click on dozens of WTS ammo threads before finding one we can actually purchase due to non shipping.
The same is not so for anything else.

It would be NICE if the seller would post his/her location IF they are unwilling to ship. Not necessary otherwise.
Enforcing that would be impossible though. (unless ALL ads required a location)

Some folks like to be super-private though and don't want the general forum browsers knowing even remotely where they live, so there's that too.

Then I don't understand why they would be interested in selling on a public forum.

I spend a lot of time at penns woods because there is a lot more items closer for sale.

Every item has the sellers city and whether a pic is attached.
Makes it a breeze for scanning the classifieds.
