380 auto LRD recipes wanted
hi
first off let me say i am new here , so if i mess up , i will say im sorry in advance. I just recently started reloading.. i have loaded 38 special so far with excellent results.. i find i love reloading.. now i want to do 380 auto... a week ago i hit the pistol powder jackpot and was actually able to get some bullyseye.
what i need is a recipe for 380 using bullseye with a 95 g LRN tip..
i have 2 manuals but cant find much data for lead tips.
i use a lee turret press so if anyone has a recipe that actually have the auto disk powder setting that would be super good. But if you dont use the auto disk powder weight will still be greatly appreciated.
this might help some others out on the pistol powder hunt.. i seem to find pistol powder regularly online at bass pro.. and they ship it to the store saving me the hazmat fee and shipping cost.
please help if you can
thanks

Re: 380 auto LRD recipes wanted
This fellow has some info on 95 gr pb. http://www.reloadammo.com/380auto.htm
Always thought some of his loads were on the hot side. I'd drop 10% and work up.
Another source for cast data, although I didn't see any specific 95 gr 380 loads, is from these folks: http://castpics.net/dpl/index.php/re...et-data-lookup
With any load on the net verify.
Lee's Modern Reloading and Lymans Pistol and Revolver manuals cover both cast and jacketed in many calibers.
The Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook is all cast loads with mucho info on casting.
Have fun and stay safe.It ain't what they call you, it's what you answer to.
