Re: HB1234
There would be updates if they actually tried like they cared about getting results. So far I see the following go on:
A. When there's the "right" people in office, they have other priorities...like EVERYTHING else, so they don't get around to it.
B. We get told there's no support so they don't do anything, so there's nothing to support them doing because guess what they don't do it. Hard to buy tickets to a show that didn't have tickets for sale, which they then say weren't for sale because nobody was buying them.
C. Repeat times the previous year, so people get discouraged and don't try in the next year.
D. When the wrong people are in office, they don't try because oh well it'll get vetoed anyway. Oh, and the populated areas blah blah blah. Oh, and it's the wrong time because...uh yeah.
E. Or, looky there, it's moving finally...with two or three days left. Oops, ran out of time, darn. Nevermind that there were 11 other months on the calendar.
F. We can't support this pro gun bill because we're too busy trying to get this other one to move...which doesn't actually get done because of A - E.Last edited by Yellowfin; May 21st, 2015 at 11:58 PM.

Re: HB1234
The issue is being worked on. I'm not going to show our hand and get into detail but the 302 issue is a priority and on the table... Now prepare for the soap box...
