    Factory magazines are 14 rounds for that pistol.

    If you don't have bullets, use the empty cases.

    Not necessarily, They made 10 round mags for them during the clinton ban.

    Presumptivly 14rds , unless it was mfg '94-'04 , or had initially been shiped to a state with a mag limit. If the follower will depress all the way vs stopping about 2/3 of the way , then presume normal 14rd capacity.

    He could also disassemble the mag and be able to tell from the configuration of the follower.
