Re: Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster
From what I remember about this same issue with French DLs is that for Official Identification they ARE allowed by Islamic law to show their face..
How the hell can they safely drive with a full burka and eyes covered?
God forbid you have an accident with one of them, probably be brought up on charges of Racial Profiling even through Islamic faith (aka Muslim) is not a RaceRetired US Army

IIRC , you cannot wear eyeglasses for your D/L photo , even if you need to or are required to wear them while driving!

Re: Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster
Since this is already off topic.
What measures does it take to be considered a religion? For example if I made a religion where Sam Colt was the savior and the principle teaching was to always be armed. What else would I need to make the .gov recognize it and let me carry in federal buildings, or keep my employer from saying I cant have my firearm? Do I need my holy book, a place of holy worship, Practitioners across the nation? Seriously I have often wondered that whenever the FSM and such related drivel come up in the media?

Two things come to mind;
Fred Sanford and the church of "Junkism",

Re: Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster
Started reading this as it became a topic at work. The MA woman who was issued the driver license is from Lowell and we have a plant there so it caught our interest. I saw this comment that I believe is incorrect:
The UFA states:
2002 Amendment. Act 172 added section 6105.1.
§ 6106. Firearms not to be carried without a license.
(a) Offense defined.--
(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), any person who
carries a firearm in any vehicle or any person who carries
a firearm concealed on or about his person, except in his
place of abode or fixed place of business, without a valid
and lawfully issued license under this chapter commits a
felony of the third degree.
(2) A person who is otherwise eligible to possess a
valid license under this chapter but carries a firearm in
any vehicle or any person who carries a firearm concealed
on or about his person, except in his place of abode or fixed
place of business, without a valid and lawfully issued
license and has not committed any other criminal violation
commits a misdemeanor of the first degree.
I believe that it's been discussed on here before that "in his
place of abode" means inside the house, not on the grounds.

If I were gonna join a church, I'd choose the Church of Reality.
