Following your threads for a few years now I suffer from three major sins:

    ENVY, ENVY AND ENVY.

    You have very nice stuff.

    I'm looking for a 4006, this version in 40 S&W.

One slipped through my fingers because I didn't layaway it. Went back and it was sold.

    I will find one!

Thanks, lots of years, layaways, a plan and a supportive wife has made it possible.

Lots of minty 3rd gens out there. I'm not hung up on a particular model though. If I see a nice one that fits in with my goals and the timing is right I snag it up.

Grats on your purchase. I have the 4006,4506, and a 1006. All with factory adjustable sights. Been waiting for a clean 5906 with adjustables to finish up the set. Wonderful guns to shoot. Nothing beats a all steel gun.

Here are the ones I have so far.

I carried the 645 for many years and sold it in the late 90's. I've been kick myself ever since. That gun would feed any ammo and be accurate about it too. I'd like to find a 1006 but I have other things to take of first.

I have my favorite S&W still in use, Mod 39-2, 9mm. I remember when the
Ohio State Police adopted this pistol and were very pleased on how it
    performed.

What in the heck are you doing with a semi?and such a small caliber. I thought you were a revolver guy. Sweet piece and nice shooting. Looking forward to seeing it at the net shoot.

Ha! I shoot lots of things, 9mm is as small as I go for a defense pistol though. Looking forward to April too. You can do more than look at it, you'll have to give her a try and see how you like it.

You still thinking of starting something out your way? People will be itching for spring soon, now is the time to start planning if you're still into it. I know at least two people who will make the trip.

Well, if you set up the time and place, we'll be there too! No matter what part of PA...long overdue.
