Only legal for a registered AR pistol lower or a legal SBR.
You may be charged with intent if you possess an AR rifle and not one of the above stated items.


This is a complete 11.5" upper (BCG & charging handle).
I had it on an AR pistol lower.

I purchased it at a Harrisburg Show.
Wilson heavy barrel (I was told).
Receiver has the keyhole symbol.
Rail has T markings.

I fired 160 rounds of M855 out of it with 0 Problems.
I'm going shorter.
