Legal to take shotgun to Philly gun show?
Special rules apply in Philly
Anyone really know if it is legal to take unloaded shotgun in secure case to Philly gun show?

Assuming you have no PA LTCF or professional exemption, you would need to garner an exception from 18 Pa CS 6106(b). Presumably your purpose is to sell the shotgun - yes? If so you may well qualify for:
6106(b)(8) Any person while carrying a firearm which is not
loaded and is in a secure wrapper from the place of purchase
to his home or place of business, or to a place of repair,
