I'll give the P-mag a look..I've also been running about 1/2 Doz Korean KCI mags for close to two years now as range mags.. with no issues.. ( after I cleaned up all the flashing ) they WERE on sale for $5.99 @ http://www.centerfiresystems.com/magglo9-02.aspx.. so I said what the hell..

    Was this really nessasary?

I'll still use factory mags for carry in any gun except 1911s.

For cheap range mags there are those Chinese POS's, but I still just use factory mags at the range. Practice with what you're going to use when you depend on the gun.

Glock pistols weren't really necessary either.

    Yet here they are.

I'm tired of putting $25 mags in my "cart" only to shake my head and empty it.
There's no reason they should cost so much. Now they have a reason to think about whether they will still charge so much.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

They didn't used to, back before gunowners shoved their heads up their asses in 2008 Glock mags were $17-$18

I have about 60 new Glock 17 mags and never paid more than 20.00 each, some I paid 15.99 each. Of course I bought them all before the panic and found the best price before buying.

I'm pretty sure they can be had for 20.00 now from a few places.

I can find factory G19 and 17 round mags for $19.99 every day of the week, and I have a stack of KCI metal lined mags in 15, 17, and 33 rounds that have never failed once, that right folks never a once in many range sessions consisting of hundreds and hundreds of rounds. Proving once again not everything you read on the world wide web is actually true.

That being said they will start out at $15.95 and they will sell a ton of them at 1st because every home operator and mall Ninja needs to have every magpul product ever made. Hell I bet S&W M&P carrying Glock haters will buy a few each because they are made by Magpul. Then when the fog clears and everything settles down PSA will have them listed on a daily deal for $8 or $9.99ea then I will pounce like a starving fat girl on a Christmas ham!

Until then I will be biding my time.
    Mu-Hu-Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha!

Here you go folks Factory Glock mags starting at $12.99 and up some used options too.

Don't ever buy a Sig, FN, or HK

I thought glock mags were priced fair compared to a lot of others

Yup add Ruger, S&W and IWI to that list. Now if PMAG would start producing some mags for these pistols for $15.95 then I would be pants pissing happy but then they would have to leave the polly game.

I think it's a good thing. I just got my first Glock and was less than thrilled at the cost of the magazines. I was figuring what the minimum number I'd be comfortable with. Now I can just about double it and still come in around the same cost.
