What's understandable to me is reloader error not look alike labels.

We need government-controlled propellant containers. Call into government reloading safety agency, give SKU of container, if approved, radio signal unlocks the screw cap and double-locks all other containers registered with the agency. Failure to register with agency renders container unopenable.

God gave him ten fingers, let's hope he learned his lesson.
Wow, that thing is messed up. It even broke the scope in half. I'm glad he's OK, could have been far worse from the looks of it.

Seeing things like that always makes me think about the early days of development of firearms and gunpowder. Imagine trying to figure out how much powder was needed for that cannon the first time.
