Pike Friends of NRA needs Volunteers

Happy New Year Pike Forum members:

May 13, 2015 will mark PIKE FRIENDS OF NRA fifth annual Banquet to raise money for grants to the shooting sports. Groups such as 4-H, BSA, Jr. and High School Rifle teams as well as shooting activities for women, rod and gun clubs, etc., are supported
The Friends Banquet is a definite fun event! It offers both silent and live auctions, raffles, and games for firearms and firearm-related accessories. Of course, a delectable dinner is included with the ticket and there are opportunities to donate and/or sponsor events and prizes.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS to help organize and set up the Banquet and gather donations from businesses and individuals and help sell our Pike FNRA raffle tickets.

Our first meeting of the year is January 15, 2015, a Thursday, 7 p.m., at Keystone Firearms just before the Port Jervis, Matamoras bridge.

I was on a different committee a few years ago.

This is a great way to put sometime into 2A.

Good luck finding people.

I hope to join the bucks one when My kids get a little older and it allows me more time.

I don't live in Pike but I may help anyway and I have some friends there who may be of assistance as well.

Thanks for your interest. The Pike County FNRA will meet again on February 26, 2015 at Keystone Arms at 7:00 p.m. You and all other volunteers are welcome, no matter the county you reside in as all funds are raised for Pennsylvania and the NRA.
