Forks Of Delaware Historical Society: Child Ban Lifted!!!
We were VERY excited to speak to Vicki Kennedy of Ed's Sport shop at the Allentown show last weekend (Ed Kennedy is on the Board) and the ban on children age restrictions at The Forks Of the Delaware Historical Arms Society Show is LIFTED. http://www.allentownshow.net/gunshow_schedule.htm
No strollers or kids in backpacks though...no big deal!

With the child ban lifted we expect to see lots of young future gun enthusiasts attend.

Pretty good sized, and very crowded, I was at the last one. For milsurp collecting, you can't beat it.

Thanks Bill! You guys did a GREAT JOB opening it up to kids! We love the history aspect of the show most of all. See you There!
For those of you who've never been: Sure its got lots of parts, ammo, handguns, rifles,---new and antique-- to please any shopper. But it goes beyond a "normal" gun show. Some members display unique firearms with historical research. There are just alot of really neat historical items that you cant readily find outside of a museum. Even if we cant afford to buy lots of cool memorabelia we can now show our son! :-DLast edited by Archiver; February 2nd, 2007 at 07:22 PM.
if you ever see my post edited...its most likely for speling :D
"Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges"-In Time of War the Law Falls Silent-Cicero
"Si vis pacem, para bellum"-If you want peace, prepare for war-Flavius Vegetius Renatus
"America Starts Here!"-former PA state Slogan...until NJ complained and our wussy GovRendell changed it!
