We at Heidelberg Sportsman Association hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and with that coming to an end brings us into the new year of 3 Gun.

We are going to try something a little different starting in January. We are going to have the RO's shoot first to help keep everything consistent with stage procedure and scoring. Nothing is more frustrating to me than hearing that one squad shot a stage different than another or was scored differently and we feel that this is the best way to eliminate inconsistency.

With that being said I would like to ask anyone willing to help RO to contact Hien or myself at least 1 week prior to the shoot. We are looking to have up to 12 RO's each month.

I would also like to remind everyone that 2015 Release forms (required by the clubs Ins. co.) and Rule Book Affirmation sheets will need signed for the new year so please allow a little extra time during registration.

I have attached a copy of the 2015 rules

    Hello,

I would like to come to the match, but it will be my first time shooting at Heidelberg. Are non-club members welcome? I have never shot in a multi-gun competition before but am classified in IDPA.
Also, the rule pdf speaks of a rifle-pistol division where a shotgun is not needed. Is that still an option?

    Thank you

Xander man, Our shoot is open to the public.

You are more than welcome to shoot rifle and pistol if you want. I will also say that if you don't have a shotgun bring shotshells and I'm sure someone will let you use a shotgun. That is a great part of our shoots most people are willing to help someone out!

    Hope to see you there

    Shane

Round counts for Saturday are Rifle 60, Pistol 53, Shotgun 32 and are subject to change slightly upon completion of setup.

Here is a rough idea of how the stages will look.

    Hi everyone,
Here are the score results from yesterday. Thank you to everyone who came out in the cold weather and waited patiently while we tried something new to have the RO's shoot ahead of time.

I would also like to thank the organizers and officers who ran the match, it was a great time.
Unfortunately my name was missing from the results posted at the Enck's gun barn website; David Lemons.
I wonder if this may have been due to confusion over my class. I shot most of the match rifle-pistol but shot stage one with a borrowed shotgun. I knew it may mess up my scores, but it was fun anyway. If possible though I would appreciate my time breakdowns so I can compare my performance with others.
    Thank you,
    Dave
