    Default Winchester 1873 opinion please

What would your opinion be on the grade of wood on this rifle? I know Winchester had different levels of quality wood, just not sure what this one would be considered. Any help? Thanks!

IMO and experience, that would be "standard" grade.

Much standard grad furniture back in the day would be considered "high end" today.

    I agree with Noah.

The wood from what I can tell is very nice and hasn't been sanded.

Thanks guys! Yes, its a neat gun..probably going to be in my collection for a bit. It has some other special order features such as 1/2 round, 1/2 octagon barrel, button mag and a 26" barrel. I'm just not as familiar with the "grades" as in x, xx, xxx etc. that Winchester used in this period and thought someone would be able to give a quick assessment. I personally think it is a bit fancier than "standard", especially with the extra special order features. Thanks again for your input, it is very much appreciated!
