Default 📽 Court rules against two PA hunting clubs

    🤔 Respect My Authority

Last month, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled against two Clearfield County hunting clubs who had filed a lawsuit against the Pennsylvania Game Commission over surveillance issues.

The court found that the Game Commission was allowed to use cameras on the clubs’ property without a warrant because of legislation that dates back to the 1920's.

I think it would be ok to ‘dispose’ of any ‘trash’ I found on my property.

I'll have to check, but I think the 4th amendment predates that legislation.

    Ah, more Pa. Fudd shit.
I would joyfully shoot the shit out of any of the azzhoe*s cameras I found on my private property.
Or maybe spring load them with dog shit for a nice surprise when they retrieve and open them.

The concept of private property has been under attack for some time. The one-world model obviously would have to encroach. The Connecticut ruling allowing the state to take a private property under the eminent domain law because conversion of the property would generate higher taxes...a distortion of "for the good of the people"...was a red flag that still flies. The Marxist attitudes of governments, some courts and some of our youth are visible indicators of where we are and where we are headed.
