Default New for 2015, the CZ 805 Bren

    http://cz-usa.com/product/cz-805-bren-ps1-pistol/

A lot of people have been asking for the Bren to be brought to the USA and in 2015 it will be. To get around the stupid rules we have in place, it will be imported as a "pistol" and the price is a little high, but with the work around arm brace or as an SBR, it might be interesting.

CZ also has a little more info on their facebook page.

CZ makes some very nice firearms. The price point is a bit much for me, but it's a nice option.

For just a moment I was hoping that CZ was recreating the "real" BREN of WW 2 fame (one of the very best LMGs ever made!).

I had the same thought, but I had no idea how that could be imported as a "pistol" haha

I wonder about CZ's new "U.S.-made" 1911. Are they making it in the Norwich, NY factory? (It might be, essentially, a Dan Wesson at a lower cost.) Or is it being manufactured by someone else and re-branded?

I think there are plenty of parts kits of those old Brens out there that some have made their own receivers for and made into legal semi autos.

Nope this Bren is the Czech's recent battle rifle that entered service in their military a few years ago.

A stockless version of a carbine for almost 2K, can’t use it for much other than a range toy. There are better and cheaper carbine options out there.
