    Default What do you do when you get to your stand?

    You wake up, load up the truck and head to your stand. It's opening day of rifle season. The day you've been waiting for all year. Watching every step trying to be silent while taking your time in an effort not to perspire and leave as little scent as possible. Finally, you reach your stand with a half hour till shooting time. Taking your pack off and getting settled in. Shooting time will be here soon and it's a promising day. This is how my day goes and I assume it's the same for a majority of the sportsman out there. After reading some other forums and hearing some stories I got to thinking. Most of the violations in the game news are for baiting yet I don't think I've ever checked my area more than what is within reach of me of what I stumble across on the way to my stand on opening day. Sure I scout for a good spot and put up a tree stand but come opening day it's all business.

    How many people here search their area opening morning?

    Shouldn't "Rub one out" be a choice? I believe there was a user here that got caught doing that, don't recall who though.
