It's odd. I would compare the trigger mechanism to a 1911 rather than a standard striker fired. Not really sure how to clean it up... From what I've read, the lack of knowledge as to how this trigger actually functions is part of the reason for no aftermarket. Just a thought?

For anyone interested, there's a thread on the FN forum about smoothing out the trigger.

FN makes good shit, I'll get one eventually.

They're the reason Colt is going to go under in a couple of years.

Anyone know if/when this will be available? And what it'll sell for?

This looks like it could really fit the bill in my search for a new EDC gun!

The MSRP is listed as $599.00. I got my full size for $520.00 after taxes. They dropped the full size MSRP at some point. Hopefully they'll do the same for the compact if it sells well enough.

I don't know if I'd be patient enough to wait for a discount. I'm shopping for an EDC for summer. Kind of wish this was single stack like the Shield or XD-S but I'd like to get my hands on it to evaluate conceal-ability. Hell, I might even go for a Bersa Thunder Plus or CC. I assume the FNSc will conceal very similarly to the Glock 26.
