    Default Reloading 9mm

I have been collected my 9mm rounds that I have shot over the past year. I did not separate the brass at all, so I have a couple different brands in my shoe box.

My question is do you separate your 9mm brass if your just going to plink with them or even for personal defense rounds? Would you separate them for personal defense rounds or for plinking as well?

Maybe there are people that separate brass by headstamps/manufacturer but I couldn't care to do so. All brass is inspected for serviceability and that's that.

Use'em up. No need to separate unless you're into comp shooting, and then its only 7yrds not 1000 like rifle.

Don't worry about it. I only seperate steel, aluminum and cracked cases. Everything else goes in the same bucket. It's just not that critical with handgun ammo.

    Ya, don't worry about it.

Deprime, tumble, then reload. I don't think I ever looked at the headstamps.

If you are trying to load a super hot "pushing the envelope" zombie annihilator round you want to work up using just one brand of case. Internal dimensions (pressure) can vary.

For the other 99% just shooting standard powered target rounds......Sweep them off the floor and reload.
