Default Moving to PA with Automatic weapons?

Hi folks, So I've reviewed the laws for BUYING automatic weapons in PA, but what if you already legally own them in another state and wish to move in? Do they need to be registered?

NOTE: this is purely hypothetical and in no way represents my situation.

There is no registration in PA. All you'll have to do is sent a form to the ATF of your change of address(cant remember which form it is at the moment).

No registration in PA. Just fill out some Fed form (F5??) notifying them you are moving to an area where it is NFA-friendly (PA) and you are GTG.

AFAIK, you only need to send the forms when taking NFA from state-state and not county-county.

PA is not a state that requires mandatory MG registration.

The Form you need is the 5320.20, check off that it's a permanent move. Make sure to send it n early enough for approval.

We'll meet you at the border to test/inspect those weapons (you must supply the ammo for tests). If all passes, you may enter.

Welcome to the forum. I really hope you are in possession of an NFA item. We need all the support we can get.

I have used this form to move interstate and I believe it is kind of a rubber stamp approval. I think it took about 30 days to get it returned to me, not the 9+mo. wait for a normal NFA form 4 transfer.
I have so many toys because my wife wont let me have a girlfriend.......
