Valley Forge Gun Show(Warminster, PA) 12/6-12/7

I went Sunday morning just to get out of the house for a little bit. It was a small show. Looked at a couple nice Polish Makarovs but didn't buy anything. I'm waiting for Oaks.

I just got back from the show and I enjoyed it.I had no problem with the number of tables or vendors as I didn't get feeling that I kept seeing the same type of stuff over and over.I made it there between one and two pm and it wasn't crowded at all,it's nice to be able to browse up and down the aisles without having to wrestle your way through crowds.

While I like the smaller venues more than something large like Oaks, I would like more than 244 tables to check out for my $8 admission

Agreed. A dollar less, minus another $1 coupon would seem more commensurate. However, lower entry fee may be passed on to the vendor's table rental, which gets defrayed by higher product prices, and round and round the nut under the shell goes....

I went on Saturday, got a couple of stocking stuffers, enjoyed looking around.

Some guy dropped off his teenage girl - who was carrying a lacrosse stick and wearing gym shorts, tee, and sneakers. As he drove off, she read the sign that said "No gym today because of gun show" and took off after whoever dropped her off. Poor thing, it was cold. She did manage to stop the guy and get back in the car.

^Reminds me of the two teens who showed up just as I did.They were looking to play a little basketball until they read the sign...."that's crazy" was their reply after reading it.

When I was a teen, I'da gone into the gun show. 'course, it probably would have cost a quarter back then.

I think my Ruger Mark I Target cost $57.50, the standard was $37.50? (1955)
