Sig P220 Compact SAS
I decided it was time for a compact .45 acp. My LGS had a like new condition Sig Sauer P220 Compact SAS (.45 acp). This one has the shorter grip frame with 6+1 capacity. It also takes the standard 8 round mags for the P220.
Gun came with FOUR extra magazines, brand new never opened (6 mags total). That in itself is hundreds of dollars.
It carries very well in an OWB holster; will disappear under an untucked shirt since it is short (4 inch barrel) and the grip doesn't print.
Anyone have one of these? Experiences/ comments? Seems to be the perfect concealed carry .45 that is all metal construction and still lightweight and reliable.

Re: Sig P220 Compact SAS
I was kinda on the fence between a 220 and a 239. Decided on the 239.
I really like the Sigs. Good luck with it.I love the smell of gunpowder in the morning.[

Re: Sig P220 Compact SAS
The p239 was a consideration for me. The p220 compact and the p239 are actually very close in size. The p239 is a hair shorter at the slide, but the p220 compact is shorter in height / grip.
