THE TIME HAS COME. A message from Kim Stolfer:

I wanted to let everyone know that the Governor is signing HB 80 (preemption bill) at the Dormont/Mt. Lebanon Sportsmen’s club in Washington County tomorrow (10/28) at 4 p.m. I just received confirmation that everything has been arranged about an hour ago.


This is a major milestone as not one pro-gun law has been signed outside of Harrisburg in 30 years. Coming here is a recognition of our hard work.

Yes sir he earned my vote by signing this into law not that Wolf would have gotten it anyway but he has proven to do the right thing to preserve our PRO 2A rights.

Did he? I thought the database still exists and is being used by the PSP.

I thought the latest was that it was not "technically" unconstitutional because it isn't "complete" due to private sales of long arms and transfers under the various family member exceptions.
