LTCF In Philadelphia Question

So Philadelphia is the only county that issues a detailed reference sheet handout and requires that it be filled out and that's legal?

I'm not sure if it is the only county but I'm almost certain that the other counties at least do their own photographing for the license rather making applicants run around to get get their own photo at an added cost..That peeves me more than the references list.

You do not need to fill out the Reference Information sheet, even though they never removed the form from their website.

Not true. You must bring "One (1) 2” x 2 ” (inch) Passport Type color photo of the applicant’s head and shoulders, (NO SUNGLASSES, HATS, VEILS, BANDANNAS, ETC.)" The passpost type photo is attached to your application. If your license is granted, they will take another when you pic up your license.

You are correct. I misread this part "They take the photo that's on your license." I understood this to mean they used the your driver license photo...LOL Stupid of me..Sorry

The photo on your LTCF is captured digitally by the LTC Computer, as well as your signature. It's the same in all counties, mandated in May, 2011. The picture you must bring in is for your "file".

Or so I'm told.
