Re: LTCF In Philadelphia Question
I applied on May 24th. I was pretty sure I had read that you didn't have to provide references. I even called to make sure before I went. However, when I got there, she said I still had to put 2 people down, but added that they would not be contacted. I should be good to go, just playing the waiting game. Hoping for a quick approval, but prepared to wait. The agreement says a decision is to be made within 45 calendar days. The lady had to be mistaken when she said within 45 working days. I hope the lawsuit will speed up the process. But it highlights how everyone is still not on the same page down there.

Re: LTCF In Philadelphia Question
Sorry if this is hijacking the thread, but I applied on 19 April and have not received a letter yet. Even accounting for Memorial Day, that's about 46 business days. The mail lady said she hasn't seen a certified letter for me and I've never gotten a notice of attempted delivery. When I applied, only one proof of residence was accepted and I was told to fax in a 2nd proof of residence by the end of the week and I faxed in my 2nd PoR within 20 minutes of finishing my fingerprints and made sure to include the name of the officer who conducted my interview as well as my file number and received confirmation that the fax was received. In addition to calling them on Monday, is there anything else I can do?

Re: LTCF In Philadelphia Question
Trust me, you are not gonna get anywhere over the the phone. Go back down there asap!! I've heard you may be able to get it on the spot without the letter. I've been waiting only 33 calendar days(May 24th). If I don't hear anything by the 45th day, I'm there the next business day to try to move things along. They have a message saying no info will be given over the phone, so don't waste your time with that. BOL!!

Re: LTCF In Philadelphia Question
What's with this Philadelphia Police reference information sheet? I'm not having people file this rebranded NJ form out. Do they seriously require this still?
