Default Fill dirt in pocono lake pa

I'm looking to have some fill dirt dumped on a couple of lots I own in the poconos. I probably will need a total of 12-18 tri-axles eventually but I'm looking for 2-4 within a month. I'm going up to clear some trees in the next week, I have found some clean fill on craigslist for 200 a tri-axle load but I think that's a little pricey.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you can find out who owns it, you can check in Swiftwater on 611 across from the Cheesecake place, it used to be JT Butz but looks vacant now. They have been piling dirt there for a couple years, saw a truck putting more there today. Not sure what it costs but it's a place to check. Good luck.
