cant find an AK pistol case

Good Friday Morning Members!
I purchased a Zastava M92 a couple of months ago and can not find a case for it. It seems everything out there is either to long or too short. The gun is about 19" long and the shortest case I can find is 28"-30" At this point I would take hard or soft, hell a scabbard would be perfect. Any one have any options they have seen? I would have my holster guy fashion something but he is in Georgia and does not have a pattern to work with.
HELP????
