    Default Brand New Mossberg 500 Feeding Problem

    Just took out a new Mossberg 500 to the range today for some shooting. Upon loading up the magazine I noticed I was having some failures to feed. What would happen is when I would rack the pump back the round would not leave the magazine, when I pumped it forward the round would fly out of the magazine tube and fall to the ground. This would happen about once every 5 or so rounds.

    Is it my cartridge interrupter or shell stop?

    Answered this on the other thread you have.

    I read somewhere that bending the shell interrupter ever so slightly may remedy this problem. Should I give that a try?
