    Pike county no longer issues Non resident CC permitt. What other counties do?

    ALL PA counties are legally supposed to, but it seems those bordering NY, especially, do not now. You'd have better luck in most any county in the western or central part of the state.

    What state do you live in? If you live in NJ or NY (or any state for that matter) and do not have a carry permit in your official state of residence then you cannot get an LTCF from ANY county.

    My friend from NY got one a few months ago in Harrisburg. Not sure what county that is.
