    I alternate carry between a semi and a revolver now. Depends on my mood.
    With the semi, how does it really make a difference. 6 shots, 10 shots, 16 shots........
    You only need 1 shot.....right?

    A semi-auto. Easier trigger to manipulate under stress (glock / M&P / 1911) and quicker to reload.

    Semi Auto

    I'm more accurate with them, especially when shooting under stress. Faster for me to reload, and 6 rounds in a mag means 7 rounds in an auto, as opposed to 6 in a revolver.
